Installing the client components

To install TeamWork on a client computer with the Windows Installer Package, see Controlling Windows Installer packages.

To install TeamWork on a client computer with the 32-bit executable setup program:

1. Begin the installation as described in Starting TeamWork installation.

Note    It is not possible to install a combination of 32-bit and 64-bit application links on the same computer, for example, the 32-bit Microsoft Office link and a 64-bit CAD link. All applications on the same computer that will use TeamWork links must be the same bit width.

3. Specify the destination for the selected program files. Usually the default folder is adequate. If you want to place most of TeamWork’s files on a non-system partition, click Browse and type the desired path or select an existing folder. Click Next to continue. The Choose Computer page appears.
4. Type the name of the TeamWork application server or click Browse and select the computer. Click Next to continue.
5. Complete installation as described in Finishing up installation.
